Assassins

A murderous carnival game for malcontents and misfits, framed by the ideal of the American dream – this is Assassins.

Assassins
Opening in 2010 to a packed Bridgwater Arts Centre, our production of Stephen Sondheim’s ‘Assassins’ wove the tale of history’s most famous attempts at Presidential assassination.

Through each character’s successes, and failures, the cast skillfully brought to life this story of the American culture of celebrity – and the violent means some will take to achieve their dreams of fame.

Packed with powerful performances from a talented cast, and under the masterful direction of Brian Buttle, our production wowed audiences and went on to win the prestigious Rose Bowl Award for ‘Best Musical Production’.
